All sales are final. We accept returns, and exchanges for items that did not match with the requested product. You can contact us through our contact form in this link.

We do not accept changes or cancellations, either partial or total, of placed orders. For this reason, we urge our clients to carefully check their orders before fulfilling them.

Returns

To request a return, the client will have to notify us within 14 days period after receiving the product(s), including the order number and detailing the reason of the return request.

May the request be accepted, the client will send the product(s) to the address that they will be notified through the contact thread. The product(s) will be packed with their original package. The client will email us a photo of the mail receipt as proof, where we can clearly see accurate information about the mailing, along with the name of the shipping company and the tracking code. Once the product is received, we will proceed to make the refund as detailed in the next paragraph. The client is responsible of the shipping costs, of any damage caused to the package in the transport, or of the package getting lost in the process. We can not guarantee the package will arrive to us.

With orders with a total cost same or higher than 29.95 USD, we will make a discount of 14.95 USD from the first returned item and 9.95 USD from each of the returned items (if any) from the same order, for logistic and shipping expenses. Likewise, with orders with a total cost lower than 29.95 USD, we will make a discount of 9.95 USD from the first returned item and 7.95 USD from each of the returned items (if any) from the same order.

Refunds

We will carry out refunds only if the client received damage products, or if they did not correspond with the ordered product(s). The client will notify us within 14 days after receiving the product, sending us any requested proof, such as photos or videos, where the damage or problem can be clearly seen, along with photos of the package where the info noted in it can be clearly read. The refund request will be analyzed before approval.

All refunds will be credited through the original payment method. If the payment was by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the same card within 7-10 business days after the refund has been accepted.

If the refund does not appear, first check your account movements again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take a while before your refund is officially credited. Then contact your bank, as the process may take a while before the amount is put in your account.
