All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States or China, Please allow us extra time when your order is processed on holidays or dates with high sales volumes. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed between 3 and 5 days from the order date and shipped one day after the process is complete. Please remember that we do not ship on weekends.
Once your order is made, it will take us 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12-20 business days for shipments to the United States; and between 15 and 30 days for international shipments (depending on your location).
For actual pandemic situation most of countries are having up to 20 extra business days delay (US, Canada, Australia). All packages are process in 3-5 business days but local mail can hold packages for few days.
The prices shown on our site are shown without taxes, which means that you will have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import fees, duties, and taxes related to your order will be charged once the order reaches its final destination, which must be determined at your local customs office.
Payments and taxes are the responsibility of the client and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For more details on prices, please contact your local customs office.
If you are not happy with your purchase and want to return a product, you can contact us within the next 14 days after receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number as well as the reason for the return. Our customer service will review your request and send you further instructions if the return is approved.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received an incorrect and / or defective product. Please include your order number, item photos, and related references when receiving your package. We will try our best to solve the case as soon as possible.
All refunds will be credited using your original form of payment. If you pay by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days from receipt of the return or cancellation request. Contact the card issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you have not received your refund amount, here is what you should do: contact the credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is visible to your account.
